What is Top Active Email?
Top Active Email is software for bulk email sending: import lists (Excel), subject and HTML body, custom variables, multiple SMTP accounts with rotation, scheduling, templates, analytics and email validation.
- Bulk sending — Import Excel spreadsheet with email column and optional VAR1 through VAR8 columns; use
[VAR1] through [VAR8] in subject and body; HTML editor for body; CC, BCC; attachments; interval between sends; stop sending; export results.
- Multiple SMTP accounts — Configure several SMTP accounts and use rotation; daily limit per account; enable or disable accounts; or use a single SMTP configuration.
- Templates — Create and manage email templates (subject and HTML body) to reuse in campaigns.
- Scheduling — Schedule email sending for a specific date and time.
- Analytics — Sending statistics and reports (opens, clicks, etc., when tracking is enabled).
- Email validator — Check that addresses on your list are valid before sending.
- Automations — Configure automation rules to trigger sends based on conditions (when available).
- Settings — Language (EN/PT), SMTP server (server, port, user, password, SSL), manage SMTP accounts, SMTP info, optional proxy.
- Updates — The software can check for updates and guide you to install the new version.
- Windows with appropriate .NET Framework.
- Internet connection (for sending and updates).
- Microsoft Excel (for editing the recipient spreadsheet and formulas).
- SMTP account(s) (Gmail, Outlook, your own server, etc.) for sending.
- You will receive only the executable software. Source code is not included.
- After purchase, obtain your license code. If you have issues, email info@topactivex.com.
- After confirming the license code, install the program, run Top Active Email.exe and register your license on the activation screen.
- License email: use the email registered at purchase.
- Registration code: enter the license code received.
- Once registration is complete, the main screen (email sending) will be available.
On the main screen you set up and send bulk emails.
- Import spreadsheet — Load an Excel file. The first column must contain the recipient email; the following columns can be VAR1, VAR2, … VAR8 (optional).
- Subject — Enter the email subject. Use
[VAR1], [VAR2], … [VAR8] to personalize per recipient.
- Body — Use the HTML editor for the message body. Variables
[VAR1] through [VAR8] are replaced with spreadsheet values.
- CC and BCC — Optional: fill in to send copy or blind copy.
- Interval — Set the interval between each send (in seconds) to avoid provider blocking.
- Attachments — Add files to be sent with each email.
- Send — Click to start sending. Use Stop to interrupt. When finished, Export results (status, failure reason, date/time) as per available options.
You must have at least one valid SMTP configuration (in Settings) or active SMTP accounts with available limit.
Email sending uses an SMTP server. Open Settings to configure.
- Single configuration — SMTP server, port, username, password and SSL. Use the test button to verify the connection works.
- Multiple SMTP accounts — Access the SMTP accounts manager; add several accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), set daily limit per account and enable rotation. The software rotates among available accounts and respects the daily limit.
- SMTP info — Check configuration guidelines (e.g. for Gmail or Outlook) when available in the form.
The Template manager lets you create and save email models (subject and HTML body) to reuse in campaigns.
- Open from the Tools → Templates menu (or equivalent).
- Create new templates, edit existing ones and apply a template on the main screen to fill subject and body quickly.
The Scheduler lets you schedule email sending for a specific date and time.
- Open from the Tools → Scheduler menu (or equivalent).
- Configure the list, subject, body and send date/time; the software sends automatically at the scheduled time.
The Analytics screen shows statistics and reports related to sends (e.g. opens, clicks) when tracking is configured and available.
- Open from the Tools → Analytics menu (or equivalent).
The Email validator checks whether addresses on your list are valid (existing, no typos), helping reduce bounces and improve delivery.
- Open from the Tools → Validator menu (or equivalent).
- Load or paste the email list and run validation; use the result to clean the spreadsheet before bulk sending.
The Automations module lets you set rules to trigger sends automatically based on conditions (e.g. date, event). When available, access from the Tools → Automations menu.
Open Settings from the icon or menu on the top bar.
