Installation Process

• You will Recieve only Software. Code is not Included
• After Purchase Product you will recieve Licence Purchase code
• Please Unzip Main File and Run TopActiveEmail.exe and Register your Licence as per below Screen.


• Licence Email : Registered Email.
• Registration Code : Licence Code.
• After Registration you can Use Software.

• Software will send BULK EMAIL ON YOUR EMAIL CONTACTS
• Software will MAINTAIN EMAIL LOG OF ALL OF YOUR EMAIL STATUS SENT/FAILED

After Registration Licence , Start Software, software start with below screen

• IMPORT EMAIL CONTACT AS PER FORMAT EXCEL FILE , For Format Excel File Click on Link "Fomat File"
  • Format Excel file have Column Email , VAR1, VAR2, VAR3
  • Column VAR1, VAR2, VAR3 is optional , This value replace in Message body
  • For Example , IN Message body if you write [VAR1] then its value replace by VAR1 For EACH EMAIL.
    IN Message body if you write [VAR2] then its value replace by VAR2 For EACH EMAIL.
    IN Message body if you write [VAR3] then its value replace by VAR3 For EACH EMAIL.
  
  • For example if you import excel as format above screen, and your Message is "Dear [VAR1], this is email to you"
    Then Actual Message will be
    First Email is "Dear sanjay, this is email to you"
    Second Email is "Dear sanjay1, this is email to you"
• Click on Setting Icon on Top Bar , , Setup SMTP Email Configuration.
• AFTER FILL SUBJECT AND MESSAGE , Click on "Send Email"
